Our weekend in San Diego was bliss.
The warm weather, blue skies, and nothing to do but everything!
We saw this sign going into Mexico and thought it was kind of funny,
until we passed over the border and saw this HUGE long line to get back into the U.S.
We had a nice tour of Tijuana while flipping our U-Turn to get back into line.
We were a bit discouraged from the long line
and not being able to walk around the flea markets.
UNTIL the flea market came to us.
To be more correct, our windows.
It made the hour and half line more bearable, interesting, and even sometimes humorous.
They would sell hello kitty heads, window shades, hammocks, and food.
Some of the best churro's I have ever eaten!
And did you know that there is a new law where you have to have a passport?!
Whoops.
We were so nervous.
The border patrol didn't think James was funny when he said
'But we had some nice window shopping while leaving'
I thought it was hilarious.
The guard... not so much.
We hope to see you again soon Tijuana,
but we'll just walk over the bridge next time to visit.
